TLV320AIC3101EVM-K: Asking for the AIC3101EVM connect USB issue
Part Number: TLV320AIC3105EVM-K
I've got same problem as in the link below. The drivers are installed. All jumpers are set to default.
If you are using Windows vista, 7 or higher you will need to install the updated driver. This is found on the EVM product folder under "software". The download is a folder named "slac521" and it contains two files:
Instructions for installing these files:
USB-MODEVM_vista&7.inf Installation: To apply the contents of this file to a system's settings, right-click this file and choose "Install". If the device was plugged in before this file is installed, the device will need to be removed from the "Unknown Devices" class in the Windows Device Manager.
To apply the contents of this file to a system's settings, copy this file to %SystemRoot%\inf and reboot the computer. If the device wasinstalled before this file is copied, the device will need to be removedfrom the "Unknown Devices" class in the Windows Device Manager.
We are glad that we were able to resolve this issue, and will now proceed to close this thread.
