We purchased mid April through Mouser a TLV320AIC3101EVM-K, but we couldn't manage to make it work.
As indicated to Mouser, the board doesn't show any understandable feedback when we make changes through the GUI on Windows.
We wished to use this board as a slave board connected to a Cortex M4 chipset, but it never went out of the Master mode after many attempts to do so.
After having done all what we could in CLI and GUI during 10 days, we removed the board from our prototype and put it back in its box early in May. We would like to get it refund, but after 30 days, Mouser needs you to approve this refund.
Could you please get back to me and indicate how Mouser will get your approval for this refund ?
