Dear Sir

TAS5760L can be used Hi-resolution audio ( BW =40KHz +/- 3dB) if fs=96KHz ?

Customer want to use TAS5760L foe Hi-resolution audio.

Hi, Shibatani-san,

The TAS5760x supports operation up to 40KHz when sample rate is 96KHz. The high cutoff frequency is about 44KHz for 96KHz sample rate. The LC filter should be adjusted to change the cutoff frequency above 40KHz.

If customer used following LC filter and sampling frequency fs=96KHz, do you agree TAS5760L or TAS5760M

output frequency responce meets 40KHz +/-3dB?

RL=4ohm.

L=7uH C=0.68uF :fc=72KHz

The LC filter response with L=7µH and C=0.68µF is depicted in the following plot:

The output filter response is fine for operation at 40KHz.
