LMV1012: when work with MIC, there is a lot of ground noise.

Dear TIs,

when we use LMV1012-15 as a MIC signal amplifier as attachment? it come out a big groud noise, could you kindly help to tell us why? how to aviod this issue?

  I have reviewed the schematic and have a couple of questions.
  Is Term1 connected to Vdd and Term2 to GND? and Where are you getting the output signal?

  Term1 output will be used as datasheet with res/CAP, term2 is connected to GND. we get the output at term1.
