TAS5414C: About replacement TAS5414A to TAS5454C

Please let me know about three points below for change TAS5414A to TAS5414C.

①Is there RTM schedule for TAS5414C's DKD (HSSOP) package? 

　Customer is very worry about thermal margin, they want to use DKD package.

②About function,  can TAS5414C us as it by TAS5414A?

　If there change points, please let me know. (Thermal foldback is only found)

③About TAS5414A's DKD package, customer is holding thermal sheet between TAS5414A to Heat sink.

　Is there recommended condition or reference for thermal sheet?

    Hello Satoshi-san! Gregg will close back on your questions. But also for your information the TAS5414C is only offered in a HTQFP (PHD) package. Also, would our newer digital input TAS6424 work for you? Thanks, Jeff

    Satoshi-san,

    1.  The TAS5414B-Q1 is available in the DKD package.  There is no plan to release the TAS5414C in the DKD package.

    2.  There are minor software changes needed to go to the TAS5414B-Q1 device.  It will work with your TAS5414A software, but you may want to look at the datasheet to see the new features.

    3.  The datasheet has an example to calculate the thermal heatsink needs.  Just change the appropriate values for the thermal sheet and the heatsink thermal value is found.
