RC4558: RC4558 Is unable to work

Hi, 

I'm a hobbyst and I have purchased :
-opamp TL084, TL074, RC4558x2

No one runs, but an LM358 of another manufacturer does the task for this reason I imagine the circuit is OK but I don't understand why your opamps do not runs. All of them have 9V on VCC  and GND on VCC

    Hi,

    I'm experimenting with electronics for audio application. The idea is to feed the circuit at 9VDC as power supply and an electric guitar as AC signal

    the output of the circuit is sent to the guitar amplifier. Here is the schematic. This circuit runs OK for LM358 but is unable to work with no one of the opamps inside of two RC4558 and a TL074 I bought last week on a electronic shop on Martorell city. 

    The D1 is an 1N4148.
