PCM1862-Q1: Design issue of a audio card for pine64

Part Number: PCM1862-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM1862, PCM1860

Hello.

I am trying to desing a audio card to use with pine64 ( www.pine64.org/

I am thinking to use  PCM1862-Q1 IC(www.ti.com/.../pcm1865-q1.pdf schematic on page 23).

I will give audio data (a mixer output) to this IC and connect the IC to the pine 64 board via IS2 pins (XO-BUF, SCKI, LRCK, BCK, DIN, DOUT).

Then I will broadcast this audio on internet using pine64.

My expectation with the Audio IC is SNR>100db and ADC Sample rate is minimum 192kHz.

Is this IC and circuit is proper for me? Will I need extra software for this job?

Best regards.
