TAS5825M: the device output power is not balance

Hi Team

Out customer(Harman) find that the B channel's output power is 0.5 dB more bigger than A channel's.

The test result on the TAS5825MEVM is B channel's output power is 0.25dB more bigger than A channel's.

how to fix this issue?

Hi Jesse,

Can you tell us how do you setup the measurement? Gain setting? .PPC3 files etc.
Please also share the testing results with scopes to us for reproducing this issue on EVM.

Hi Alix
Customer feedback that Harman can accept the performance on TAS5825MEVM, but can't accept the performance on customer's PCBA.
And customer test their PCBA which has the setting as same as TAS5825MEVM, because they use PPC3 to set their TAS5825M PCBA throgh TAS5825MEVM's I2C channel.
what factors can result in the output is unbalance? how can we fix it?
