TPA3118D2: Salve temperature is very high

Dears,

I have 2 TPA3118D2 in my design, one in master mode the second one is slave mode:

• The chip master (e.g. U1) has a resistor 100k from GVDD and GAIN, 20k from GAIN and GND
• The chip slave (e.g. U2) has a resistor 47k from GVDD and GAIN, 75k from GAIN and GND
• The PLIMIT is connected to GVDD
• The power supply is 24VDC
• The chip slave U2 temperature is very high (82°C) compared to the master one (44°C)

• I tried to invert the configuration: U1 now is slave and U2 is master; the problem now is on the chip U1

• I tried to run both chip U1 and U2 in master mode configuration, the temperature now is right (both 42-44°C)but there is a noise if the chip U1 and U2 run together
• If I switch off one chip (e.g. U1) through the SDZ the noise is not present anymore
