TPA3251: DC Supply voltage

Part Number: TPA3251
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPA3255, TPA3255EVM, TPA3255-Q1

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our product is working with Battery pack (9 cell Lithium battery in series = 37.8V) and 45VDC PSU.  I found that the TPA3251 datasheet recommended DC Supply Voltage (PVDD_x) is 12 to 38V.  Our PSU output voltage is 45VDC.  We can't use the 38VDC PSU.  Because it will be not high enough voltage to charge the 9 cell battery pack. Can we use 45VDC to supply the TPA3251 Class-D Amplifer?  I found that the absolute maximum rating for (PVDD_x to GND) is 50V.

Will it be problem for TPA3251 if we use DC45V supply voltage?

Thank you.

Samuel
