TLV320AIC3256: DSBGA Package Land Pattern Drawing

you can look up the order able part number, and it will give you the package name. then you can look up the package name. This is how I found the drawing for you!

Actually, we were looking for something a little bit different but maybe it doesn't exist. It looks like the TLV320AIC3256 datasheet includes that above page, but what it doesn't include is the stencil-dimensions, land-pattern and solder-mask dimensions for the DSBGA package. What I'm looking for is similar to what's on Page 50 and 51 in the TLV320AIC3256 datasheet, but for the BGA package instead of the QFN.

I noticed that other devices offered in a DSBGA package come with these drawings. Here's a link to an example, but this one's package dimensions are slightly different: www.ti.com/.../mxbg341.pdf
