We're studying on a new design with TPA3110D2. We've adjusted it as single ended inputs which are coming from Audio Codec with Stereo BTL outputs. Sometimes it works fine for 2-3 days and gets fault. Sometimes, as soon as we give the power, it gets fault and then never get recovery even if cycle the PVCC. Im adding my SCH, can you please check ?
On the other hand I populated only the TPA3110D2 side on my PCB and compare the output signals with the other TPA3110D2 EVM and there was a difference. We' are using ferrite bead HI1812V101R-10 and 1nF capacitors. They use 330uH inductor and capacitors. Before ferrite bead and inductor their waveform are same, but, after the ferrite and inductor they are quite different. I am also adding pictures of them. Could you please tell me why and which of them is better ?
