My Software request got approved and I got the link to download the software. But I am getting this error (refer asnapshot below) while installing the purepath console software. Could you please help us to resolve this?

Hi Balaji,

Welcome to e2e.
Are you trying to install PPC3 from a restricted proxy network or similar? Sometimes enterprise internet connection restrict access to internet.
Have you tried to install PPC3 on a free network, like a home internet connection?
