TLV320AIC3120EVM-U: Is stop working, it is giving communication error in codec control.exe

Hi

I am using TLV320AIC3120, earlier it was working fine when tested with speaker and headphone output.

After some R&D it stops working.

R&D steps followed by me were:

I ran application name as remove-miniEVM from  zip file Audio Converter Firmware (TAS1020B) V0304 (Rev. B) 

After that I used USB-AudioEVM0304_AnyRate.BIN file from the same folder.

Now Device is giving communication error in codec control software, also it is not detected in device manager. Error screenshot is attached.

Will be very grateful if get solution on this problem.

    Hi

    I am newbie for TI codec. 

    After updating wrong firmware it stops working and suggested by the ans I tried with shorting pin SCL and SWD but still it is giving the same issue.

    Can you please let me know how much time need to be short this pins and will be helpful if you can share link for the application note.

    Thanks for your answer

    I followed a instruction according to PDF shared by you, I didn't get J6 connector so I shorted SDA and SCL pin of USB controller which is TP2 and TP1 respectively, but it is giving failed result, screenshot is attached. PFA

    Also I tried to reset codec using reset switch and reset test point by pulling low. I checked with the voltage level at usb point and controller side so it is giving proper voltage.
