Other Parts Discussed in Thread: , TAS5825MEVM, TAS5766M
Hello Team,
We are using TAS5756M on a custom board and I think that it is almost overheating.
I am using audio amplifier in BTL mode with 25W 4Ohms speakers. There is a heatsink on the bottom of PCB, layout is good, but there is still problem. When I am measuring the thermal on the top of IC, it shows over 100°C. I also tried on the TAS5756MDCAEVM, but there is the same situation.
So does anyone some ideas?
In the datasheet, 'Power at 10% THD+N vs PVDD' shows that it couldn't reach more than 17W power. Is this right?
At the moment the power supply for ICs is 14.4V

Petar
