TAS5825M: why TAS5825 enter sleep mode

TAS5825 will enter sleep mode when it work sometime, we found CHAN_FAULT Register (Offset = 70h) is 0x08, DEVICE_CTRL2 is 0x03, STATE_RPT is 0x01, there is left channel DC fault, how to avoid this issue,thanks.

Hello Customer,

When DC fault occurs, TAS5825 will enter into sleep mode and report the DC fault.

Notice that J14 can be configured as PBTL with A+/B+ and A-/B-, am I right?

Hence, please clarify when does this issue occur?

BTL with no J14 enabled? If yes, please check soldering of inductor and cap. Then capturing the scope of waveforms before L9 and L10 when DC occurs;
PBTL? the please refer to page 83 of the datasheet can check your schematic again.
