PP-SALB-EVM: Windows10 Running hardware checks

Hello,

Trying to get PP-SALB-EVM to work on my windows10 computer is gives me the following errors.

-Incorrect default sampling frequency for sound card

-Unable to record audio

-Unable to playback audio

I have checked the forum and Windows is not giving the "Advanced" setting tab when I go into properties.

I checked a different device and it did give me the advanced option where I can select 2ch 16bit, 41000Hz.

This is the only windows machine in the building (everyone else is on Apple)

I also have a 5825MEVM it also fails the Hardware checks. But just the -Hardware ID is incorrect one so my best guess is that it's the 41000Hz vs 48000Hz.

Hello Matt,

Please try to change to another USB port. Then make sure the volume of your laptop is 100.

That worked. Thank you !

Weird thing that I finally figured out on my system is that the SALB-EVM needs to be plugged into the rear USB port and the 5825M will only work with a different USB port.

I will work on that later but I got them both working.
