PP-SALB-EVM: PPC3 Hangs on Windows 10 "Running IV Meaasurement

Hello

I am running PPC3 with learning board PP-SALB-EVM to get speaker characterization.

After the sound(maybe the pink noise) is heard from the L speaker, the software hangs after running test pattern on Running IV measurement view.

I ran this test multiple time and get the same outcome.

I have run a system calibration check.

And I tried a differnt USB port, but it doesn't go well.

Please Help.

I am unable to see the pictures that you have attached.

However, can you please tell which operating system you are running, is it Windows 10, 7?

You said you ran the system calibration check, did you get a positive result for this?

Sorry for not being able to attach.

When I try this measurement, the software always froze in this screen.

My operating system is Windows 10.

I would like to use it at Windows 10.

Yes. I got the messege. "Completed Finished EVM diagnostics and calibration. You are now ready to tune the Smart Bass algorithm on your EVM."

The software should not be stalling like that.

Have you tried downloading the PPC3 software again?

Hello

I have tried uninstall and download, but unfortunately the same screen appears .

I connected to the learning board them.

1. USB cable to the PC

2. Power 24V

3. Lch(Test) Speaker

Is it enough? Do I have to connect the mic?

Hello,

You do not have to have the mic connected for the IV measurement, that is only for the SPL measurement.

Have you tried downloading the software on a different computer?

Additionally,

Have you tried a different set of speakers to characterize? Are you connecting on the (TEST) connection of the learning board?

Hello Yuriko,

If you skip the IV Measurements does it get stuck on the other tests or it only the IV Measurements?
Have you tried a different USB Port?
Can you check to see if you have the Matlab Runtime Installed in your Installed programs
Is the volume of your laptop 100?

I skip that Measurements, it said the other tests cannot do like that.

Also it frequently freezes.

Yes, I have. But it did not change.

Yes, and i tried installing again. But it did not go well.

Yes, it is.
