PCM1861: How to design INT pin?

Hi TI team,

My customer is designing a PCM1861 without MCU control. they connected the pull-up resistor to the INT pin as see the pin description below.

the PCM1861 output is muted. After changing the INT pin to floating, the PCM1861 outputs normally.

1. Can we remain INT pin to floating?

2, Please provide instructions when operating the PCM1861 standalone. (without MCU control)

    We apologize for the confusion this has caused, but there is a discrepancy in the PCM186x datasheet INT pin operation and the pin needs to be driven LOW for active operation.  The E2E thread below has more details that I also copied below.

    The discrepancy in the page 9 pin function table is a known error in the PCM1860 datasheet and will get updated during the next revision.  The applications sections and PCM1860 power-down  information (pages 60 and 76) describes the correct operation which is driven high for idle (mute) mode and driven low for active mode.  We have tested this behavior on an EVM and have confirmed it in the past.
