Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPA6130A2,

According to the specification of TPA6130A2,
When a single end is entered,
The LEFTINM and RIGHTINM ends should be attached to the capacitance as the input
When a single end is entered,
The LEFTINP and RIGHTINP ends connect the capacitance to GND
TPA6130A2EVM is the opposite. What is the reason for this?

  • Hi,

The TPA6130A2 works correctly in single-ended mode if  LEFTINM / RIGHTINM or LEFTINP / RIGHTINP are tied to a capacitor to GND. I would say that the EVM single-ended connection results in a inverted output waveform compared with the recommended connection. But for audible purposes, this doesn't have any difference.
