Hi Christy,
What are the differences between the two files? Are you using the same speaker char data?
If the char data or processing settings like protection or EQ are different, the output will change for the same audio file.
The estimated excursion is also different on the captures.

Hi Ivan,
The two based on the same speaker cher, the one with variance selected smart bass, the flat one adjust EQ manually. We'd like to know which configuration caused that difference. Since sometimes we saw the temperature is over limit, we don't know if it damages the speaker with that configuration. How could I compare two PPC3 files?
Thanks!
Christy
Christy,
Did you performed the speaker characterization successfully? What is the speaker you're using?
Could you specify when the temp goes over the limit? Like device configuration, audio being played
Could you please share your ppc3 file and if possible the audio file you're using for veritication?
Best regards,

Hi Ivan,
The characterization process run successfully, but found the coil temprature is higher than the speaker spec, over 100C but we set temperature limit to 85C. What caused that and how to adjust?
I sent you the PPC3 file by mail, seems I can't attach here.
Thanks!
Christy
Hi Christy,
