Hi team,

We are going to use TLV320AIC3104 this part, one question is pin no 33(exposed GND) of the IC do we need to connect that with analog GND or digital GND?

Hello Shani,

The Thermal Pad should be connected to the Analog GND plane.

Hello Shani,

The analog ground is usually the "quiet" side versus the digital ground. DGND tends to have some switching transients.
