Part Number: TPA6404-Q1
When using in 24V system, if the 24V battery connect to OUTP and OUTM pin accidentally. Does TPA6404 have protection to avoid damaging the TPA6404?
Besides the above question, do we have more detailed internal block diagram? Customer said it is too simple in datasheet as following:
Firstly, TPA6404 has DC diag, it can detect short load error.
Second, there will be OC fault report if short load happen when play.
Which detail information customer want to know?

In customer's test, when they connect 24V to OUTP or OUTM, the chip was damaged at once.
It seems that no protection inside the chip when output shorted to battery.
May I ask when output shorted to battery, could TPA6404 provide some time for customer to shunt down the chip in order to protect?
