TLV320AIC3106: aging test

Part Number: TLV320AIC3106

Hi team,

TLV320AIC3106 is configured with slave mode, and MCLK = 12.288MHZ is provided externally,

Turn off PLL

CLKDIV_ IN uses MCLK

There is an external I2S audio signal output after TLV320AIC3106 DAC.

Normally, reg11 = 0x01, but after aging for a period of time, the register becomes reg11 = 0x31, that is, left DAC overflow flag and right DAC overflow flag are 1. What is the cause of DAC overflow? At the beginning, they are all normal. After aging for a period of time, the sound becomes noisy. However, after the customer reinitializes it, the background noise disappears. Then read the reg11 value, which is the same as before, reg11 = 0x01

Here is the customer's register configuration:

Best wishes,

Amy
