Hi, Danilo,
The Piezo Control Console should work correctly on your Windows environment. Could you provide additional details on this?
When you run the Piezo Control Console, can it be open? Do you have problems just when you connect the EVM?
Best regards,
Luis Fernando Rodríguez S.

Hello Luis,
I'm having issues with piezo console. I'm attaching 2 pictures as you see the console is open and is able to connect to the board. The problem that I'm having is not reaching at the control menu to modulate the board parameters and enable the output. Simulation menu works if I'm not connected to the board, but that's not what I want. While connected when I press the console button it gives an exception error.
Thanks,
Osman
Hi, Osman,
Thank you for the details you have provided.
Do you have information about the power supplies jumpers (JP10, JP11) on the board? Are you using external supply?
Also, have you performed a firmware update procedure?
Best regards,
Luis Fernando Rodríguez S.
Hi, Osman,
Thank you for your clarification.
Just to confirm, when you try to run the Firmware Update procedure, do you follow the instructions of the EVM Firmware Updater? Do you press the BSL button on the board until the process is complete?
Best regards,
Luis Fernando Rodríguez S.
Hi Luis,
I do not see the BSL button. Can you tell me where it is? In the user guide, there is nothing called a BSL button.
Thanks,
Osman
Hi, Osman,
You are right, there's no button called BSL in this EVM.
The BSL button in this case would be SW1.
Could you try the instructions in the EVM firmware updater, please? Please ensure BSL button is pressed until the end of the process.
Best regards,
Luis Fernando Rodríguez S.
