Hi Rekha,
TAS6424 has power on reset feature, and it also has soft reset. You can see 0x00 register description.

Below is my code :
Standby_amp(true); //Disable amplifier
Delay(t1);
Standby_amp(False); //Enable Amplifier
Delay(t2);
Here I want to know the delay - as I saw in datasheet t1 can be 5msec . Is it correct ?

Hi Rekha,
Yes, t1 is les than 5ms.
And t2 is 15ms(if PVDD, VBAT is still on).
