TAS2770: speaker protect

Hi team,

Customer get one question about TAS2770. They saw that it has I/V sense function, do we support speaker protect software/algorithm using the I/V sense data?

    Hello Will,

    Yes. TAS2770 does have IV sense function; However, TAS2770 does not have an integrated DSP to execute the speaker protection algorithm. Customer may need to port the protection algorithm in the host device and read the IV sense data from TAS2770 for speaker protection functionality.
