I plan to use the TAS5825 to denerate near DC frequency waveforms. I am holding a magnet and spring at set positions within coil. Does the DC detect function prohibit this? Can the DC fault mask be used to disable DC fault detection?

Hello Timothy,
DC fault detection cannot be disabled and would cause the device to enter shutdown. If your normal operation would trigger the DC fault I would not recommend using our device in this way since it would enter a fault condition due to the DC detection.
