I had a working PC configuration of PurePath Console 2 with Learning Board and TAS5766M EVM apps and PP-SALBEVM Rev C hardware. Then I received a notice that I should update to PurePath Console 3. The update installed without any error notice. However, when I started the PPC3 software, signed in and attempted to load the available applications an application upgrade was required. The upgrade stopped about at 1/3 of the progress with no error notice and PPC3 does not respond.

What could be wrong?.

    Please try to ignore PPC3 platform upgrade. BTW, did you already install Learning Board and TAS5766M apps in PPC3 platform?

    One more comment, TAS5825M is our last generation Smart Amp solution. It's highly recommended to use our new device.

    So PPC3 does not work with the Learning Board and TAS5766M I am using. OK I will uninstall PPC3 and reinstall PPC2. I can't change to the TAS5825M unless it is a drop-in replacement for the TAS5766M. I am doing speaker tuning on a number of new Poly products which use the TAS5766M.

    Are you suggesting the TAS5825M because the TAS5766M is going end-of-life soon?
