Hello,
Please check TAS5825M EVM is well connected to PPCMB, and the PVDD is provided.
After that, try another PC to connect same EVM board. If still not working, then use Direct I2C to write below command:
w 98 00 00
w 9a 00 00
Capture the execute result.
Regards
Do you have another PPCMB or TAS5825M EVM board for cross check?
BTW, could you add external 3.3V to TAS5825M EVM test point and double check system connection?
It seems PPCMB 3.3V DVDD to TAS5825M EVM is not well connected.
How about below test:
BTW, could you add external 3.3V to TAS5825M EVM test point and double check system connection?
The test results indicates the 3.3V rail on the Motherboard is abnormal, which means the mother board is damaged.
You may connect the TAS5825MEVM to the mother board, and apply PVDD voltage on the connector, then check the 4V power rail(the test point on the top left of the Mother board).
