Hi,

For the single-ended input mode, could you please share the performance(SNR, DR and THD+N) at both 3.3V and 1.8V with me?
The performance for the differential input mode is mentioned in TLV320ADC3140 data sheet as follows.

  • Hello Kato-san,

    In the TLV320ADC5140 devices the noise contribution of the PGA is lower than the ADC so while the input signal decreases in magnitude by -6dB when going from DE to SE operation the SNR and THD only degrade by -2dB.

    In a device without a PGA the performance would be expected to drop by approximately -6dB with the -6dB reduction in input swing.

    Hello,

    That is correct.  We only had an ADC5140EVM-PDK available when your request came in but we made measurements on that board and saw the aforementioned -2dB reduction.
