TAS5825M: why TAS5825 enter sleep mode

I have run into a strange problem . I am running a three TAS5825 system with 2 stereo and 1 subwoofer channel PBTL . The schematic is copied from the the data sheet with 10uh inductors
The left/right channels can outputs( stereo amp can easy produce 26 watts into a 4ohm load. However, the subwoofer amp quits at anything above 20 watts ( 80 hz).
I am not getting error codes from the fault or warning registers. The 0x68 register indicated sleep mode.
I am baffled , because the same circuit cranked out almost 50 watts with an almost identical layout.
I am looking for any hints on what to look at.
Trying to outputting over 20 watts generates a dc fault left channel. What is meant by a DC fault ?..

How is your thermal design? is there any over temperature warning reported at register?
May you help print all the register information for us to check if anything abnormal. Also may you attached your schematic.
You say the same circuit output almost 50W, is that exactly the same design, or some small change?

The only differences is some smaller caps sizes were used . The other fault and warnings registers report no faults .
I tried to paste in the schematic but it didn't take . Is there a trick
You should use insert file instead of simply paste.

The schematic capture is low resolution so I can't offer much feedback there, could you try uploading a higher resolution image? Also, do you think you can can capture your PVDD waveform and your output waveform at this max output power where you see the issue, and then at a lower output power e.g. 10W, 15W.
