I use two TPA3116 amps in my circuit. The circuit is near the same from datasheet. In my circuit I use a single supply +24V.
In the newest revision I use both in master mode without sinc mode (sinc isn't connected).
One of the two amps works good, but the other one with the same circuit blops and there is no signal from the input at the output.
I use the first part of the circuit on page 26 for both amps without sinc. I tried with sync, but it has no effect.
IN_N_RIGHT and IN_N_LEFT is connected to GND with C12 and C14.
IN_R_RIGHT is connected with the second amp (IN_R_RIGHT).
IN_P_LEFT is connected with the second amp (IN_P_LEFT) to.
Can you provide your schematic.

my schematic. I used an other Library for the tpa3116 package. The pins I checked several times with the datasheet.
On my circuit board I removed the sinc resistor (R14) and the C36, because it has not work. In this case I have changed R47 to 100k and R9 to 20k.

Have you probed the Fault pin on the amp that is not playing audio? Also can you probe the Output of this amp, are you seeing PWM switching on this device?
on the working amp I have a little pwm with ~20mVp
On the not working amp I have a other pwm, it looks like that the amp is restarting, because the pwm is grow up new every 2 seconds.
I have already replace the amp, but it is the same.
I have found the issue. The pin 21 have a failure connection on IC2, after the fix it works.
