Part Number: TLV320ADC3140
Finally our customer get TLV320ADC5140EVM and PPC3 instead of PCM1840 EVM for 96KHz TDM master mode.
As attached, PPC3 parameter setting is shown, and S0 and S1 are placed OFF for external ASI input.
They connect external MCLK to excite ADC5140 but no audio bus clocks are outputted.
It is remote application support, there is no EVM on my hand but could you advice any setting is missed at customer site?
One more question, we also have TLV320ADC3140EVM.
PPC3 stucked as attached when replace ADC5140EVM-PDK to ADC3140EVM-PDK.
Is there any function limitation on TLV320ADC3140EVM at PPC3 environment?
We will check with the development team and get back to you.
We are glad that we were able to resolve this issue, and will now proceed to close this thread.

In reply to Diljith:
It appears that the BCLK and FSYNC gate setting is enabled. Have you tried after disabling it?
Another thing that I want to point out is that the device is not in active mode when you connect to it. The same setting appears in your screenshots.
The red switch at the top-right of the GUI has to turned on to put the device in active mode (the switch turns green in active mode). If you face any issues regarding device settings, please save the .ppc3 file and send it to us.
The GUI freeze occurs when the internal database object gets corrupted and it is not able to restore all the previous settings properly.
If the user selects the New session it should work as expected. If the error continues to show up even when we start a New session, it is because the app is not able to create the database object. I am not exactly sure why this could happen, but it could happen if there is not enough memory to run the app.
