Hi Sirs,

We received a few brand new PUREPATH-CMBEVM units with USB Device Not Recognized problem recently.

The lock indicator was dark. It should be turned on with a good PUREPATH-CMBEVM.

Here we need product line's tips to repair the PUREPATH-CMBEVM.

Hi Wayne,

We have seen similar issue due to the firmware corrupted in TAS1020. You may follow the attached guide and see if this can fix the issue. Thanks!

Hi Sam,

I keep getting blue screen when trying to install the DFU driver with DFUUSB.SYS error.
Would you please provide tips to solve it?

This is a PC software issue... We don't have solutions for this.

May you try with another PC?

We got same issue with at least three Windows 10 PCs. Is the DUT driver compatible with Windows 7 only? Thanks a lot...Wayne Chen

Hi Wayne,

I'm using a Win 10 OS but is able to run the DFUTEST.exe. You may try with a older PC?

The EVM hardware/software is developed by a previous group and we actually don't have much supporting resource. Sorry for just providing limited help...
