Could you provide details about the jumpers position that you have on the board?

Do you have details about the piezo control console version you are using?

When you perform the firmware update with the BSL button, does the piezo control console recognize the BSL device?

Dear Luis, 

All jumper settings are in the default settings on the board.

I am currently using the Launch Piezo Control Console 1.2.9 version of the Piezo Control Console

And, no piezo control console while pressing the button does not recognise the device.

By the way, while trying the firmware update i am applying the exact instructions as it written but it does not recognise the device. Also, in the device manager of the PC same.

The BSL device should be recognized when the firmware update options are followed.

Could you try with a different PC and USB cable?

If the problem persists, could you disable the driver signature verification from your PC?

Does the EVM show up in the PC's device manager? If so, what does the device get recognized as in there?
