PC2906B and TUSB2046

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM2906B, PCM2902C, PCM2902

I'm working with 4 CI PCM2906B connected to a TUSB2046, seeing the consumption of 2906 connect an external source, but also windows tells me that the hub has run out of energy, as I fix this .. ??

Thank you very much.

Matias.

  • Hi Matias,

Perhaps this is related to the Max Power descriptor of each PCM2906B.
    Have you tried with PCM2902C?
PCM2906B descriptor states Max Power as 500mA and PCM2902C as 100mA.

  • Hi Ivan, with PCM2902 works perfectly, which is why you add an external power supply, I only are leaving these PCM2906 and wanted to use them if I feed the 4 PCM2906 with an external fiente 2 amperes should not work well .. ??

Sorry for English, Spanish is translated by Google.

    Thanks for your prompt response.
