TPA3220: /CMUTE and /FAULT pins transition time during start-up

Part Number: TPA3220

Hi Experts,

My customer has question as follows. Would you answer them?
1. Customer measured a transient time of /CMUTE-pin while device started up. The datasheet mentioned that it is about 20ms, but the measurement result is 4~5ms as below. What is the exact transient time during start up?

Customer used TPA3220EVM-Micro
CH1: +5V(AVDD, GVDD)
CH2: /RESET (J3_pin10)
CH3: /CMUTE (C26, 33nF)

2. Customer measured a transient voltage of /FAULT-pin while device started up. At this time, /FAULT voltage transit to rise "H level" once then it was falling "L level". Then /FAULT-pin voltage stayed "L level" about 16ms. After that, /FAULT-pin goes "H level". I think that the PPSC has ran about 16ms and no error occurred, so /FAULT-pin goes "H level". Is my understanding correct?

Customer used TPA3220EVM-Micro
CH1: +5V(AVDD, GVDD)
CH2: /RESET (J3_pin10)
CH3: /FAULT (J3_pin16)

Best Regards,
Fujiwara
