PCM1754: PCM1754 - POP noise

Hi,

I am controlling the PCM1754 power(5V) though mosfet switch to control power up/down sequence. The same mosfet trigger signal is connected to mute pin of PCM1754. If power ON and mute ON is triggered at the same time, is there any possibility of POP noise?

    Hi Dinesh,

    I do not think you will experience a pop noise in that case.  I recommend that you put a fairly large cap on the VCOM pin (1uF), which will also slow the ramp of the VCOM voltage (vcom is created with a resistor divider created with 41kΩ resistors).
