PCM3060: BCK frequency

Part Number: PCM3060

Hi team,

The datasheet of PCM3060 describes that BCK must be either 64 fs or 48 fs.

A customer wants to use PCM3060 as a replacement of AKM and used 32 fs as BCK originally.

They wants not to change the frequency.

Can they use 32 fs when 16-bit, MSB-first, Right-Justified is selected?

Also when 24-bit, MSB-first, Left-Justified is selected by FMT pin, Is there any issue to use 32fs BCK? They think there are no issue because data latch is happen at both LRCK rises or falls.

No matter what the serial data is, BCK must be either 48fs or 64fs?

Regards,

Hideki
