CDCE906 Fail issue

Our customer is facing a problem that 2% of the device shows failure that those have the wrong output frequency.
It is the similar issue which was discussed in the other post.
We are asking for register dump data to compare good and bad device registers, however, if you had faced the similar issue, could you please give us advice ?
Could you please provide the configuration used?

CLK_IN = 106.25MHzCLK_OUT = 120MHz
Register settings- Byte1 = 0x55- Byte2 = 0x60- Byte3 = 0x60- Byte6 = 0x60- Byte11 = 0x81- Byte15 = 0x01
Based on this setting, PLL1 is only used and I could not find any any miss programming.However, there are devices which output around 60MHz instead of 120MHz.
I am thinking it is a similar problem with the following post.
What could be the root cause of this issue ?

I verified the setting on a EVM and the output is 120MHz with no problem. Can you please let the customer ship suspect parts back to TI?

I had a look the post you mentioned. I'm not sure if the EEPROM was accidentally overwritten. Can you please send me a full readback configuration of suspect part or try this config first: 5127.HexRegisterValues.txt
By the way, I didn't get the GUI to work so I managed to write to the device using Ticspro. Let me know if you have the same trouble communicating to the board.
I will ask for full register read back information on the failure device.
By the way, I received the Clock Pro GUI which could run correctly through below post.
I got the GUI installed properly but not the driver for parallel port so GUI didn't talk to the board. That's why I had to use Ticspro. Anyways, let me know when you have the registers.
