SN74CB3T1G125, Clock problem

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74CB3T1G125

Hello,

I’ve got a 300kHz clock problem with SN74CB3T1G125. The input signal looks pretty good, the output signal has a “high problem”, please see the attached scope shots.

I’ve also attached the schematic: OE_N has a good low (48mV), supply voltage is 3,3V and the output signal is the same on the both nodes of R4102. If the output is unloaded (R4102 removed) the output signal looks good. The actual load (sync input of LTM8027) has 40K impedance and I’m measuring the low output current of 0,045mA (rms value).

I would appreciate If you can help me with that issue.

Best Regards

VL
