My customer is considering using LMK61E0M.
And customer wants to change frequency on customer board by using GUI for EVM.

I think this is possible by the following constitution.
Is it correct?

That's correct, that is the same header pin assignment as on the EVM.

USB2ANY is not sold separately/alone, but kitted with other EVMs. But If you already have a LMK61E0M EVM, you could jumper the signals from the EVM to the customer board.
