Part Number: TPL5100

Hello,

          i am having problem in simulation. I need Tpl5100 component in ltspice and i have also tried to convert IBIS file into ltspice but it was only description of components in tpl5100 it was nothing to do about whole component lt spice file. It will be kind of you if you provide me ltspice and eagle 7.7.0 file for tpl5100 timer so that i can perform simulation for my university project.

    What are you trying to simulate? I'm not sure a spice model for TPL5100 will help. The IBIS model is to aid in signal integrity simulations. We typically do not have spice files for these more complicated devices.

    Sir i want that tpl5100 component in ADS (advance design System) as i am making timer based DC to DC boost converter. I need the simulation result of that circuit i have every component but i donot have TPL5100 component. I only have IBIS model of TPL5100. Please tell me in detail how can i use that IBIS file of tpl5100 in ADS to get my simulation results?

    I'm afraid the IBIS is primarily for signal integrity. I suggest referring to ADS documentation for usage of IBIS models to achieve the simulation results you are wanting, if it is possible.
