LMK03806: Inaccurate CLKOUT

Hi,

I only used one of the CLKOUTs(CLKOUT5). Input clock is 25MHz with 0.8ps jitter, the CLKOUT5 is 50MHz LVPECL. However, CLKOUT5 is inaccurate as 49MHz, and this 49MHz also varies slightly between different boards. It looks the PLL is losing lock. I read back the registers, all are same with what I wrote. The power supply ripple is 20mV. Below is my configuration.

Could you pls give me any advice for this issue?Or, steps to find out the root cause?
