Gosuncn is using the CDCE913EVM for evaluation, but the EVM can’t be identified as shown below using the TI Clock Pro software. The software is downloaded on www.ti.com.
Maybe the issue is that the software package doesn’t contain the right driver. Could you please help me solve this issue ? Many thanks.

I have installed the 4213.Driver_ProgrammingEVM_Windows7.zip driver and the device manager shows the EVM can be identified, which is shown below.
But the device still can’t be detected. The phenomenon is below. If the device is identified, the Connection image should be light.
I also seek help from the E2E, one passage is below.

It says that “The software will not be recognized the programming EVM in the main GUI screen”, but how do I know the device has been written in without another EVM board to test CDCE913’s outputs?
Could you please help me find the reason why the CDC programming EVM can’t work with TI Clock Pro software. Many thanks.
