Hello,experts

I opened a .tcs file from my friend today.When I want to default all the configuration,the tics pro was stuck in halfway of writing register and constraintly closed.Now I can't default the configuration.Even I delete the tics pro and install it again,the configuration is just like the before .tcs file,also can't back to the default configuration.How to solve this problem?

Hi Haifeng,

We don't know what happen, here are some actions that you may try to take to see if that help.
After uninstalling TICS Pro, try to see if there is something left behind the TICS Pro folder. (usually in C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\TICS Pro). Delete the folder, if any.
You may also need some disk management software to clean the TICS Pro registry in your PC.
