    Hello Divy,

    The CDCE62005 accepts inputs up to 250 MHz in LVCMOS format.

    Please reference table 6.5 in the datasheet.

    The CDCE62005 does have internal EEPROM for custom programming during system level testing.

    If you are asking about a custom device with pre-programmed  EEPROM this is also possibility for higher volume applications.
