my customer is requesting if we have a characterization of source current over temp, and/or if we have an alternative device Q1 with more output current capability

the purpose is to generate a PWM controlled by the value of an NTC

Please let me know if you have any suggestion or any other creative approach

Higher supply voltage improves the VOH drive current.

customer actually needed exactly the characterization above, with 12V they should be fine.
