it looks like they are much similar but output type is programmable which i found those different .

any other thing?

Hi Takahashi-san,

Right, output formats are different, LMK00338 support only HCSL output.

The jitter of LMK00338 is slightly higher; clock input frequency is up to 400MHz only.

Most importantly, the 1ku price is much lower with LMK00338.
